Who we are
Medly is operated by Yeda Matzil Chaim Ltd. (company no. 516774809), which operates Medly. Medly is a communication network that connects people with emergency doctors, specialists and care teams. This policy explains what information we collect on medly.pro and in the Medly app (app.medly.pro), why, and the choices you have. Contact: support@medly.pro.
What we collect
- Account details: name, phone number, email (optional), language, and the role you use Medly in (patient, doctor, team member).
- Health information you choose to share: your Medly Pass (blood type, allergies, health fund), Medly DNA (health history, family members you care for), and what you tell a doctor or the AI routing assistant.
- Call information: who called whom, when and for how long; chat messages; live captions; the doctor’s summary and plan. Calls may be recorded only where the app tells you so.
- Waitlist: name, phone or email, and role, when you join the waitlist on medly.pro.
- Technical data: device and browser type, IP address, error logs and notification tokens, used to keep the service working and secure.
Why we use it
- To connect you with a doctor and let that doctor see what is needed to help you.
- To keep a record of your calls and the doctor’s summary for you and your doctor.
- To run the AI routing assistant and live captions (see below).
- To keep Medly safe: verifying doctors, preventing misuse, fixing errors.
- To contact waitlist members about the pilot.
- To meet legal duties, including medical-record and data-security rules.
Who sees your health information
Doctors and care-team members see your Medly Pass and Medly DNA only during a Medly call or care relationship you started, and every view is logged. You control what you share in Medly DNA and can change it at any time. Medly staff access data only when needed to run or secure the service.
AI features
The AI routing assistant and other AI features give general information only and point you the right way. They are not doctors and do not diagnose or prescribe. AI-drafted summaries are reviewed and signed by a doctor before they count. The AI routing assistant’s voice and video are processed by our video-AI provider, Tavus (USA); a short text summary is saved so your doctor does not need to ask again. No Medly Pass or Medly DNA data is sent to the AI routing assistant’s provider.
Service providers and transfers
We use carefully chosen providers to run Medly: web and app hosting, a call relay and speech-to-text service (Cloudflare), the AI routing assistant’s provider (Tavus, USA), AI services that help draft summaries and captions, and messaging and notification services. Some providers process data outside Israel. We share only what each provider needs and require them to protect it, in line with Israel’s Protection of Privacy Law and its regulations.
How long we keep it
We keep call records and doctors’ summaries for as long as medical-record rules require. Other account data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymised after you close it, unless the law requires otherwise. Waitlist details are deleted when the pilot opens to you or when you ask.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw a consent you gave, by writing to support@medly.pro. We will answer within the time the law sets. You may also contact the Privacy Protection Authority in Israel.
Children and family
Medly accounts are for adults. A parent or legal guardian can add a child to their own account and call for them. We do not knowingly open accounts for children.
Security
Calls run inside the app over encrypted connections, never over the phone network. Access to data is limited and logged. No system is perfectly secure; if a serious breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
Changes
We will update this policy as Medly grows. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by message before it applies.
