Terms of Use
Last updated: 23 October 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to medly.pro and the Medly app. Medly is operated by Yeda Matzil Chaim Ltd. (company no. 516774809), which operates Medly. By using Medly you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Medly.
What Medly is
Medly is a communication network that connects you with licensed emergency doctors, specialists and care teams by voice, and video when needed. The doctors on Medly are independent licensed physicians who use their own professional judgement and are responsible for the medical advice they give. Medly provides the communication platform; through it, you can get advice, guidance and the right next step. It does not replace an in-person examination when one is needed.
Not an emergency service
Medly is not an emergency service. In a life-threatening emergency, call 101 (MDA) or go to the nearest emergency department. A doctor on Medly may tell you to call 101 or go to the ED; please do so without delay.
Red-flag rules
Some symptoms need a physical examination or emergency care, for example chest pain, sudden shortness of breath, signs of stroke, fever in an infant under 3 months, or confusion. In these cases the doctor will refer you to 101 or the ED, even during a video call.
Medicines
Doctors on Medly do not prescribe controlled medicines (such as opioids, benzodiazepines or stimulants) through Medly. Any prescription is the doctor’s professional decision.
The AI routing assistant and AI features
The AI routing assistant is an artificial intelligence, not a nurse or a doctor. It asks a few questions, gives general information only and points you the right way (101, a doctor on Medly, or an in-person visit). It does not diagnose and does not prescribe. Do not rely on it for medical decisions. When a doctor on Medly is available, you can reach one with one tap; Medly cannot promise that a doctor is available at every moment.
Pilot and access
Medly is in a private pilot, by invitation. During the pilot the service is free, may change, and may be unavailable at times. We may limit, pause or end access, for example to keep the service safe.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information, including who the call is for.
- Use Medly only for yourself or for someone you are allowed to act for, such as your child.
- Keep your device and sign-in secure.
- Treat doctors and staff with respect. Abuse, misuse or attempts to obtain medicines improperly may lead to removal.
Liability
Medly provides the network and the tools; the medical advice comes from the doctor. To the extent the law allows, Medly is not liable for indirect losses or for outages of networks, devices or services it does not control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection or patient-rights law.
Privacy
How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; if a change is significant we will tell you before it applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have jurisdiction. Questions: support@medly.pro.
